Story

LièGin Classic, the first in the Liégin collection. Since 2016, we've taken up the crazy challenge of bottling Liège. Our gin is like any self-respecting Liègeois: smooth, warm, friendly and with character. For the record, gin is an alcohol created from péket, a juniper berry spirit dear to our Tchantchès, a symbol of our folklore.
We decided to bring this recipe up to date with a touch of modernity and aromatic freshness.
After many trials, blends, research, patience and, above all, tastings with friends, we have achieved a subtle balance between aromas and spices to bring you the must-have "LIÈGIN"!

Our "valiant" gin is now available in several versions, each more innovative than the last. We give pride of place to originality and research into the taste trends of our "trendy" consumers, with strict respect for Liège craftsmanship.
This makes it the original and unique gin most appreciated by the people of Liège!

L'Original" is a Premium organic gin whose recipe will literally transport you to the heart of our beautiful, fiery city. Thanks to its aromatic power and its black and red fruit aromas, it will surprise you with its incomparable sweetness and freshness.

Ingredients

Blueberries, blackberries, angelica, coriander, juniper berries, orange zest, liquorice, blackcurrant peel, almonds and lime zest.

Recipe

Experience the fervor of Liège evenings by combining our LIÈGIN CLASSIC with a "Hibiscus" tonic and a few fresh redcurrants or raspberries. For a more authentic experience, opt for an "Indian" tonic and decorate your glass with a few black fruits (blackberries or blueberries).
